Mülga Sanayi ve Ticaret İl Müdürlüğünden 13.12.2010 tarihinde; 223 adet faal, 223 adet tasfiye halinde, 8 adet münfesih ve 89 adet terkin olmak üzere 543 adet Konut Yapı Kooperatifi devralınmış olup, Müdürlüğümüzce bu tarihten itibaren 69 adet Konut Yapı Kooperatifinin kuruluşuna izin verilmiştir.
